Audi A4 2012

So sad to be selling this car. I’ve put a lot into it and would love to keep it, but I’m heading into university and just don’t have a need for it anymore (and could use the money).

2012 Audi A4 2.0T S-Line Premium Plus sedan, 6-speed manual, Quattro all-wheel drive. Metallic grey with Alcantara interior. Loaded for the year: sunroof, Bluetooth, automatic rain-sensing wipers, and more. 177,000 km (will go up slightly since it’s my daily until sold). Mechanically excellent: no warning lights, no leaks, AC and heat work great. Owned for over a year and maintained properly the whole time.

Maintenance done in the last 30,000 km:
• Oil changed every 5,000-6,000 km with 5W-40 Euro-spec full synthetic
• Cabin and engine air filters every other oil change
• Water pump and water pump belt
• PCV valve
• Upper timing chain cover and gasket
• Carbon cleaning at 155,000 km
• R8 coil packs
• NGK iridium spark plugs (BKR8EIX, one step colder)
• Oil level sensor
• Outer tie rods, lower ball joints, and control arms (front and back)
• Front passenger wheel bearing
• Brake pads at 150,000 km

Easily $5-10K in maintenance alone. She’s ready to go.

Mods (tasteful, not overdone):
• Full AWE catback exhaust: not too loud, just perfect
• Upgraded Unitronic intercooler (stock ones run hot), good turbo health
• BOV/spacer with OEM+ diverter valve
• Never been tuned, but set up and ready for Stage 1 or 2 if you want to go that route

The cons: there are some small spots of rust around the car. A shop quoted me $600 to patch it up, I just never got around to it. Being upfront so there are no surprises.
