This has been a fantastic Calgary vehicle—combining Audi’s legendary Quattro all-wheel-drive system with compact luxury that handles Alberta winters effortlessly.

Standout Features:

• 100% Clean History: Local Alberta vehicle with a clean CarFax. Zero insurance claims, and no hail damage.
• Progressiv Trim Package: Features a panoramic sunroof, premium leather power seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, power tailgate, navigation, backup camera, and blind-spot monitoring.
• Excellent Mechanical Condition: Brakes, suspension, and engine are all in top shape. Needs absolutely nothing to pass a mechanical inspection.
• Remote starter

Note: The vehicle is being sold on its current all-season tires; it does not come with a secondary set of winter tires. Price has been adjusted to reflect this.
