For Sale - Excellent Condition, Full History

For sale is our much-loved late 2014 BMW 520d M Sport automatic, owned since 2018. A genuine long-term-owned car that has been carefully driven and maintained throughout.

Around 80% of the mileage is motorway miles, making it a fantastic long-distance cruiser. Comfortable, smooth, economical and powerful, it is ideal for motorway journeys and European road trips.

Engine & Maintenance

A replacement engine was fitted in summer 2025, with approximately 80,000 miles. It has run excellently since installation, with no timing-chain rattles, acceleration issues or excessive oil consumption. The original engine was also healthy, and the replacement was not due to failure.

Recent maintenance includes:

• Replacement engine and new engine mounts
• Reconditioned turbo
• New oil housing
• Gearbox serviced using genuine BMW oil and filter
• New battery, still under warranty
• EGR replaced under BMW recall
• Steering-wheel airbag replaced under BMW recall
• Front brake discs and pads recently replaced
• Rear discs and pads replaced recently
• New/replaced boot struts
• Air conditioning regassed
• Full servicing carried out on time

Extensive receipts, service records and paperwork available.

Bodywork & Interior

Excellent condition for its age and mileage. Original paintwork with no major dents or damage, just a few light scratches consistent with age. The leather interior is well maintained, with minor wear around the edges. Original BMW floor mats are still fitted.

Ownership & History

The car has been owned since 2018 and has never been ragged. It has always been driven responsibly, filled with premium diesel and washed and maintained properly.

The MOT history is excellent, with no failed MOTs and predominantly advisory-free results. Lots of paperwork and receipts are available to view.

Reason for Sale

Selling only because we need a larger family car. Otherwise, we would happily keep it. A fantastic combination of luxury, comfort, performance and practicality.
