On the 2.0 HDi 138 and 140, clutch wear is the top complaint in French reports, often needing a new clutch and flywheel before 100,000 km; CarWiki flags the same dual-mass flywheel issue on manuals.2008–2017
The 1.6 HDi 110 draws repeated French reports of clutch, turbo, injector, particulate filter and EGR failures, and CarWiki advises avoiding this diesel because of its turbo.2008–2017
The Hydractive 3+ suspension can fail with age and is then expensive to repair; French owners of 2.0 HDi cars report leaking hoses and hardened spheres.2008–2017
French owners also log air-conditioning condenser and compressor failures, one condenser at 60,000 km, and electrical faults such as window regulators, sat-nav and radio drop-outs and body control modules.2008–2017
