Parting ways with my 2011 Holden Barina Spark. It’s been reliable and easy to run.

Owned for just under 2 years. Has been great first car for our teenager to learn to drive in, but no longer big enough for all his gear.

Note: This is a 1.2 litre engine - not 1.6 as MotorWeb describes. It has been reasonably cheap to run. The air con has recently been re-gassed and works fine.

I am the fourth New Zealand owner. The car is in good working order and is in good condition considering it’s age and mileage. There are some exterior scratches on the paintwork, and some of the chrome trim has superficial rust. We have maintained and made repairs as required.

This car was listed back in June, but I had to withdraw it due to a change in circumstances. It will not be withdrawn this time.

It’s a neat little car that does what’s needed without fuss. If you’re after something reliable and economical for commuting, a general runabout or a teen’s first car, this could be a good fit.
