Why choose this Civic?

On US 2016-2018 1.5 turbo cars, fuel can seep into the oil, which Honda says can cause misfires or power loss, mainly in extreme cold; Honda extended cover on some engine parts to six years.2016–2018
Air conditioning that stops cooling properly is the top complaint for the 2016 car on CarComplaints; forum owners trace it to a leaking condenser, which some dealers replaced under warranty and others refused.2016–2018
Many find the ride firm or crashy, and the spoiler across the rear window limits the view behind.2006–2017
Among 2006-2021 cars, US owner complaints on CarComplaints peak on the 2006-2008 model years and are far lower for most later years, with a spike for 2016.2006–2021
