2016 Kia Sorento: what owners report

US owners report engine failure as the top problem on 2014-2016 cars, at average mileages of about 75,000-107,000, along with heavy oil use and loose head bolts on the 2016.2014–2016
Among the 2016 reviews we read on one US site, most describe a failed or seized engine, and several say Kia or the dealer gave little help.2016
US complaint counts fall sharply for newer cars: more than 100 per model year for 2011-2016, but under 35 per year for 2018-2022.2011–2022
