This 2013 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque is a practical choice if you’re after something that handles well in town but still has a bit of versatility. It’s an imported model with a 2.0-litre petrol engine paired with an auto, making it easy to drive day-to-day. I’m the first New Zealand owner.

The Evoque is a good size - not too big, not too small - and it seats 5 comfortably with a decent amount of room inside. The reversing camera is a handy feature that helps with parking, and the alarm provides added security.

It’s been a reliable vehicle and remains in good working order. The fuel economy is reasonable for an SUV of this type, which helps keep running costs manageable. It’s been looked after and continues to run well.
