Description:
Hi, I’m selling my 2018 Volkswagen Golf GTE Tech SE estate that I’ve owned for the past four years. After purchasing another vehicle, I decided it was time to sell this one. The car has been sitting on the drive, so I’m looking to move it.
The Golf is a GTE variant, featuring GTE Tartan styling, GTE alloy wheels, GTE door light cards in blue, and GTE suspension components. It also includes GTE pads and discs. The car has been serviced every year since I bought it, and I’ve kept a part of the service history myself.
Key Features:
- BlueMotion technology – excellent fuel efficiency, capable of delivering over 60 mpg on the motorway.
- GTE features such as GTE taillights, front lights, and door cards.
- Recent maintenance including a new water expansion tank and heating matrix in 2023.
- MOT due on 11/5/2027.
- Tyres – replaced with 4 new tyres.
Minor Issues:
- CAT S (not specified)
- Dent on the rear driver’s side quarter
- Front passenger DRL (Daytime Running Light) goes off after indicating
- ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) intermittent – had it re-coded and realigned last year, but it still malfunctions occasionally
- Alloy wheels could benefit from refurbishment
Location: Solihull, UK

Why Choose This Car?
This Volkswagen Golf is a well-maintained, economical diesel estate with GTE upgrades. It offers the reliability and performance of a VW Golf combined with the efficiency of BlueMotion technology.
