A question about a listing, an import, or the data behind it — this is where it reaches someone.

Ask about a listing

Every vehicle page carries its own enquiry button, and asking from there attaches the listing to the message — which saves a round trip, because the first question back is always which car. Use the form here for anything else.

You will get a reference number on screen. It confirms the message arrived — not that a vehicle is still available or that its price is agreed, both of which are confirmed at the source.

Before you write

Two questions come up often enough to answer here. Whether a car can be imported and what it would cost on arrival is what the import tax calculator is for — it answers per country, from the vehicle’s own figures. Whether a price is good is already on the card: each listing is compared against others like it, and how that is worked out is written down.

Listings are aggregated from public marketplaces. We do not own the vehicles and cannot change or remove a listing at its source — if something in the catalogue is wrong, telling us is still useful, because the fix belongs in how it was read.
