BYD Seal U DM-i 2026, Boost trim, is a plug-in hybrid SUV (PHEV) featuring a 1.5L gasoline engine (1498 cc) combined with an electric motor, delivering a total power of 218 HP (160 kW) and a combined driving range of approximately 1080 km. The BYD Blade LFP battery (18.3 kWh) provides an electric-only range of 80 km (WLTP). The vehicle is equipped with a front-wheel drive (FWD) and an automatic transmission (DHT).
