Opel Corsa C 2003

I am selling my Opel Corsa C (2003 model). The car is currently not roadworthy, but someone with mechanical knowledge could likely fix it. The photo shows the large belt role area where the timing belt is located, which is loose and slack, allowing the belt to run off the pulley. Please contact me if you have the expertise to repair this vehicle.
