Car purchased new in Serbia, bought from first owner under new-for-old scheme. Regularly serviced at authorized service with complete service history. Comes with additional set of aluminum alloy wheels, option to install, interior wheels are steel with replacement rubber tires. Standard equipment package: front and rear fog lights, LED daytime lights, halogen headlights, front electric window lift, electric adjustable side mirrors with heaters, dashboard computer, speed-limited automatic transmission, large touchscreen multimedia display, USB and Bluetooth connectivity for calls and music, adjustable driver seat height, spare tire. Service required: minor regular service. Warranty conditions: If serviced regularly at AC Brajić, two-year warranty applies. Warranty terms defined in text below. On the offered vehicle closer described in item 1 of this agreement. If vehicle is still under factory warranty, warranty periods apply as per factory warranty; if out of factory warranty, terms apply until second year or 50,000 km from purchase date. If out of factory warranty period, terms apply: buyer agreed with seller to two-year warranty or 50,000 km, whichever comes first, up to 200,000 km. Warranty does not cover: large brake or chain replacement, water pump, timing belt, fuel tank, alternator, spark plugs, battery, capacitor, cables, bearings, motor mounts. To maintain warranty, buyer must perform first regular service within 7 days of purchase, otherwise warranty lost. After service, buyer must keep service receipt as proof. First regular service includes oil change, oil filter, air filter, climate filter, coolant, spark plugs. Automatic transmission over 100,000 km requires oil change in transmission for warranty. Manual transmission over ~150,000 km requires oil change for warranty. Buyer must maintain 2-year or 50,000 km warranty by servicing every year or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. No climate system or fuel filter replacement possible without replacement of these parts. If vehicle has climate system or fuel filter, warranty applies without replacement. If vehicle serviced elsewhere, buyer loses warranty except for vehicles with factory warranty which must be serviced at our AC Brajić service for warranty maintenance. Buyer acknowledges warranty terms upon signing agreement; dealer agrees to service vehicle under factory standards if vehicle has warranty. Buyer agrees to service vehicle on each 10,000 km or annually, whichever comes first, unless vehicle is under factory warranty in which case serviced at dealer’s service. If serviced elsewhere, buyer loses warranty except for factory-warrantied vehicles.
