(Begrudgingly) selling my 2013 Subaru Forester. I purchased the car just over a year ago, and prior to myself, the vehicle had just one owner. This vehicle has been impeccably maintained, having been serviced at Subaru Calgary at least once a year since 2013. (All service records can be viewed in Carfax report upon request.) I’ve had the oil changed twice since purchasing it, most recently in May 2026.
Vehicle includes:

• Bluetooth (Stock)
• All season tires (decent condition)
• Winter tires (1 season old, no rims)
• A/C
• Heated seats
• Cruise
• Sunroof
• Fog lights
  I’m very sad to be parting ways with this vehicle since it’s basically perfect.
  Highlights:
• Low mileage
• excellent on gas
• Unstoppable in the winter
• Minimal scratches and dents on the exterior (NO HAIL DAMAGE)
• No rust!
• All the seats are flawless
• Some scuffs and scratches on the dash and plastic, but still in excellent condition considering the car is 13-years old
• Comes with all the original manual docs/extras
• Comes with 2 sets of keys & 2 working FOBs
  Lowlights:
• Burns oil (Very common with Foresters. I just top it up once a month.)
• Cracked windshield (because, Alberta.) I’ve tried to show it in one of the photos, there’s one long crack along the bottom of the windshield that doesn’t obstruct your view, and a second circular dent. Both cracks were present when I bought the vehicle.
