After 18 years with Mackenzie Construction, it’s finally time to part ways with an absolute legend.

Meet BAM850, affectionately known as “Bam”

Since 2008, this magnificent piece of Japanese engineering has been carting tools, materials, rubbish and probably half of Thames around building sites.

And you know what?

SHE JUST KEEPS BLOODY GOING!

We’re convinced Toyota accidentally built this one a little too well!

Now, we won’t pretend she’s spent her life tucked away in a garage being polished every Sunday. She’s a builder’s van, and she’s done what builder’s vans do best — WORK!

She’s got a few battle scars, some rust, and the usual dents and scratches. But after 18 years of hard yakka, most of us aren’t looking quite as sharp as we used to either!

What she lacks in looks, she makes up for in character and reliability!

They’re the original standard plates, but after 18 years Bam has become an icon around our business. We’re keeping them for sentimental reasons, and she’ll be sold with fresh standard plates.
