Why choose this vehicle?
This 1999 VW Polo offers a low purchase price but comes with significant mechanical and cosmetic issues. The rust, window problem, and water leak make it a high-risk purchase. Only suitable for experienced mechanics or those seeking a project car. The inclusion of a free car may be a marketing gimmick rather than a genuine offer.
