Very well maintained, however needs some TLC. NOTE: Wheels shown in pictures are not included. These fit my replacement car and would like to hold onto them. If serious, I may consider selling them with the Altima. I will have Continental Viking Contact 7 winter tires with good tread depth installed prior to pick-up just in time for winter driving. Oil sprayed every year but unfortunately some rust has developed by the wheel well flanges/arches. Top of roof has lost some shine, otherwise body is in great shape. The Interior is in excellent shape – I have a spare set of brand new OEM carpet mats I bought as spares but I never used, still in box. Also included a brand new set of rubber mats. 3 Key FOBS included. Carfax service record and Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP). No accidents. I will not email these, can be viewed in person. Note, I’m limited to 10 pictures. I can send additional pictures of the interior. 189660 KM’s - will go up, still being driven. Reliable smooth automatic transmission and engine. No leaks. AC blows nice and cold. New battery OCT 2025. Heater blows nice and warm/hot. The exhaust has some leaks at the “y” joint and the front pipe under the CAT shield that need to be filled. Rear springs have started to sag a little. The stereo’s display has a bad solder joint, common problem, so display doesn’t always work but it does function. I will include a double DIN Pioneer stereo and a Altima OEM Double din mounting Bessel (not a cheap aftermarket) for the new owner to install as I never got to it. TPMS sensor light is on. It doesn’t bother me and I monitor the tires to avoid cost of programming. It may just need to be reset or could possibly be a weak battery in one tire. Runs and drives great. Nice daily driver and comfortable for both city and highway driving. The car needs some work therefore selling uncertified & as-is. Great little project for a DIYer.
