What happens if I exceed my API call limit?
Soft limit enforcement:
- You’ll receive email notification at 80% usage
- At 100% usage, requests continue but you’re charged overage fees
- Overage rate: $25 per 1,000 additional calls
- Upgrade to higher plan anytime to avoid overages
Alternatively: Set hard limits in dashboard to stop requests at 100% (no overage charges).
