Chevrolet Suburban 2010

Selling my 2010 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LTZ with approximately 320,000 km. It runs and drives excellent and has been an incredibly comfortable vehicle.

This is the 7-passenger LTZ with black leather interior, second-row captain’s chairs, third-row seating and plenty of cargo space. The interior is in very good condition for the year and mileage.

Recent maintenance:
The transfer case was replaced in January 2026.
The tires were replaced September 2024.
The interior has been well looked after.

A few things to know: The air conditioning currently isn’t working and needs A/C hoses. The tire-pressure monitoring sensors need service/replacement. There is some rust/body wear around the wheel wells that has been touched up/painted to help protect it, although the paint match isn’t perfect. I’ve included photos showing the body condition so there are no surprises.

It runs and drives excellent and is a very comfortable, well-equipped Suburban.

I’ve really enjoyed this vehicle and would keep it, but I’ve purchased something newer and don’t have room to keep two vehicles.
