Hyundai Sonata 2026

The 2026 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Preferred-Trend brings together efficiency and everyday usability in a polished midsize sedan package. Equipped with a front-wheel-drive layout and a 2.0-litre I4 hybrid powertrain, it produces a combined net output around 192 hp and delivers remarkable fuel economy for its class. The design is subtle yet refined, with alloy wheels, a modern sedan silhouette and a cabin equipped with premium touches such as leather seating surfaces, heated and ventilated front seats, and a heated steering wheel – features that elevate the driving experience beyond the typical hybrid economy car. In addition to its drivetrain and comfort features, this trim also includes a strong suite of safety and connectivity features. It offers technologies like adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, lane-keeping assist, blind spot monitoring, a backup camera and full smart-device integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
