2015 Nissan X-Trail - a capable SUV that’s proven itself over the years. I’m the first New Zealand owner of this imported petrol model, and it’s been a solid vehicle throughout.

It has a 2.0-litre engine paired with an auto, which delivers good fuel efficiency for an SUV of this size. The drivetrain handles well in various driving conditions, making it a practical choice for both city and open road driving.

Being a 5-seater, there’s a good amount of room inside for passengers and gear. The boot space is generous and very practical. The vehicle is in really good condition mechanically and cosmetically, and has been well looked after during my ownership.
