2012 Subaru Impreza Hatchback — AWD — 5-Speed Manual
Approximately 171,000 km. Owned since 2020 and currently being used as my daily driver. No check engine light, A/C works, tires 1 year old, drives ok. Selling because of the rocker rust—Already bought a new car.
Sold as-is, not certified. Rebuilt title. The car has rocker and underbody rust, including rust-through near rear wheels on both sides—photos included of the worst bits.
I have all maintenance and repair receipts since ownership in 2020, including:

• New clutch replacement (Jan 2025)
• L & R front wheel bearings, inner tie rod, sway bar links (Dec 2025)
• Front control arms / ball joint assembly (June 2026)
• A/C condenser and receiver dryer replacement, freon charge (Apr 2021)
• Exhaust repairs (Oct 2023)
• New battery (Feb 2026)
• synthetic oil changes every 5,000km since 2020
  Known issues:
• Rocker and underbody corrosion noted above
• Right-rear wheel bearing noise
• Intermittent right-rear power window
• Cracked / scraped front bumper and missing fog-opening trim
• Damaged undertray
• General cosmetic wear and cargo-area scuffs
