After many years of adventures, it’s time for me to part with my trusty Surf, affectionately known as Ninja.

She’s been to some amazing spots, and with a lot of maintenance done recently, she’s keen to head off on plenty more adventures. She has some age-related dings, scratches and marks around the body, but nothing major. She’s a solid 4WD that has been used for her intended purpose, well maintained and loved.

• Brand new WOF – valid until February 2027

• Two brand new 12V batteries - fitted with latest WOF

• Front wheel bearings fully replaced – June 2026

• Front brakes fully replaced – June 2026

• Water pump replaced – April 2026

• 4x new genuine Toyota glow plugs - January 2026 – she starts reliably hot or cold

• Fuel injectors professionally cleaned – August 2025

• Underbody rust treated at most recent WOF

• Timing belt replaced March 2023 – 50,000 km ago

• Bridgestone Dueler M/T tyres, all 4 replaced 2025, with <5,000 km on them. (Currently due for a tyre rotation and wheel alignment.)

• Snorkel

• Rhino roof racks

• Towbar

• Bash plate

• Roof-mounted solar panel/setup
  The solar system has previously comfortably powered a mini fridge and comes with its plug-in power box. It hasn’t been used for a while and will likely require a new battery and the wiring checked before being put back into service.

• Heater works brilliantly (AC is currently disconnected)

• Electric windows, including the rear window for boot access

• Snatch strap (used once)

• Car jack

• Optional RMR rooftop tent and annex – $1,250 (RRP $2,150).

South Island delivery possible
I’m based on the West Coast, but for a genuine, committed buyer, I’m happy to deliver Ninja to a major South Island town by prior arrangement and after a deposit has been paid, with the buyer covering the fuel and RUCs for the trip.
