Volkswagen Passat B8 2017

I am selling a Volkswagen Passat B8 (2017 model). The car is in very good optical condition with many features. The only issue is the clutch which needs replacement, and the flywheel needs to be replaced as well, but the rest of the car is in good condition. The engine and transmission are top condition. The car has 204,000 km on the odometer. Asking price is 8,600 EUR with VB (Verkaufbarkeit).
